Call me silly, but I always love seeing how McDonalds is marketed in other countries, i.e. which products they do and don’t sell (the McCafe concept in France and Italy, with their “fresh” croissants always makes me laugh). I didn’t get to go into the McDonald’s in Seoul, but took a picture out front since I thought the sign in Korean was cute… For those of you who live in Korea, do they sell anything different/funky in there? Kimchi-flavoured fries, perhaps?

They have the bulgogi burger, which isn't that bad and the shrimp burger was a little strange for me, but it may be common in other countries. They also have an amazing sweet chili sauce that goes with the chicken nuggets.
I like to take note of the Mickey Dees different menu as well. You forgot to mention that France and Italy have beer as well.
Hawaii had SPAM! They love it out there, I mean REALLY love it, wikipedia that if you don't believe me 🙂 🙂 🙂

Koreans love spam also, you can find big gift sets of them at the stores. My favorite Korean stew "Budae Jjigae" had spam in it and hot dogs also. It came from the extra food the got from the US bases during the Korean war and it is amazing.
