Why I’m crazy about Twitter

BY ONEIKA RAYMOND

I’m usually slow to catch on to things, but I have finally caught the Twitter bug, and signed up (find me: OneikaTraveller). The verdict?! Loves it! Twitter is like crack. Facebook to the 20th power. I love the constant updates. My eyes are being opened to new blogs, groups, phenomena, articles, etc that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. And, while Facebook is a highly friends-based application, Twitter is wide-ranging and the community is HUGE. I keep on using the refresh button so I can see all the new Tweets! I’ve already put out a slew of updates so as to familiarize myself with the very extended Twitter family.

So… follow me!

  • I love twitter. I have a friend who just doesn't get it. I use it to chat with fans of tennis around the world. As it's an int'l sport, even if I'm up at 8 am watching tennis, I can always find someone else to watch it with whose sitting down after dinner. Love it!

  • Thanks for the adds, ladies!
