Today was a quiet, but fun day. My lovely aunt who I visited in Seattle flew out here to Toronto for the wedding. So her, my mom, and I were all up and down the streets of Toronto causing mayhem. It was a gorgeous day today, and of course I had my camera, so I managed to snap a few pics of our combined loveliness.

Apart from the laughter, gossip, and food that we shared, we three also went to get manicures in honour of tomorrow’s event. This is very unusual for me as I never ever paint my nails- the last time I did was over a year ago! I felt a little silly getting them done as they are extremely short right now. I always tend to cut my nails very short when I travel so I don’t get any unsavoury germs under my nail beds- anybody do the same?
As someone suggested in the comments, because the dress is such a statement dress with a huge ruffle, I think I’ll be pinning my hair up and keeping my makeup relatively soft. I twisted my hair today into little pin-curls today in the hopes of having a curly updo with tendrils tomorrow! I haven’t done pin-curls in ages and quite liked the look!

Oh, I hope your hair turned out the way you wanted it too!! I haven't done my nails in the longest, then I bought all these polishes, painted for about 4 weeks, now don't even bother. haha
