In case you’re not up to speed with my Facebook Fan Page or Twitter feeds, I spent the last two days in Brussels, Belgium.
It was a whirlwind trip. I rode the Eurostar train from London to Brussels, after having just returned from a 10-day trip to Berlin the day before. Crazy? Maybe just a little.
I spent most of my time in Brussels there gasping/ gawking at the beautiful architecture…
And having food-gasms.

Yes, I have been to Brussels, my family had a Belgian exchange student and I have gone to visit her and her family several times. It's a cool city, amazingly beautiful and I think the city center is charming. Your pics are lovely!

Brussels is one of my favorite little cities! It's so enchanted… it's like the hidden gem of Europe. It's not overly touristy, it's chill, the buildings are beautiful, and the beer is downright delicious!
After seeing your pictures, I definitely want to go now! 😀

I think I may get on booking my ticket to Brussels, I wanted to go last year but then the times didn't work out so we went to Paris instead.

I was just in Brussels a few days ago. I spent 1.5 days there and absolutely loved every minute of it! The architecture is, indeed, amazing! And the waffles! Omg, I think I ate about three of them during my stay. Oops.

I've never been to Brussels, but as part of my plans to explore Europe this year, it will most probably be on my to-do list (if only for the waffles lol).

Your photos are fantastic. I was in Amsterdam for a few days last November and almost decided to include a side trip to Brussels. I didn't get a chance to though. The last photo of the waffle – I'm drooling on my keyboard.
I spent about a day in Brussels and loved it! i would love to go back and have more time to explore. Of course the waffles, chocolate and beer were amazing 🙂
