So you may remember that I had a giveaway last week, where I said that one lucky reader could win a rocking, Guatemalan handbag.
Well, the entries were in, and I decided to go “old school”: I wrote each person’s name down on a slip of paper and threw all the bits into the handbag that’s up for grabs. I should mention that if you also tweeted to enter, you had your name put on two slips… likewise, if you tweeted and posted about the giveaway on your own blog, you had your name put on three slips.
I asked my lovely mother to be a part of this historic event and she did the honours of sticking her hand into the recesses of the bag and picking out the name of the winner.
