Gosh, I love this city.
When I was in Paris last August, I did a lot of walking around at night (you may recall my blog post documenting my night stroll around the Eiffel Tower). The city is stunning in the dark. Perhaps more stunning than it is during the day.
Paris is extremely walkable and a feast for the eyes, and even though I walked around by myself, I never once felt unsafe. I realize that I enjoy sightseeing in the dark. I far preferred touring Berlin at night with Liebling and I’ve already written about how lovely London looks under the starry sky.
But I think that Paris is the prettiest of the three. What do you think?

They’re all my favourite. I prefer to sight see in the daytime because I can see every detail of what i’m looking at. Also since I don’t have a DSLR camera, My night pictures aren’t as great.

Beautiful! I’m embarrassed to admit that I still haven’t been to Paris yet, despite living in Germany for over 2 1/2 years. I’m hoping to change that this year.
Just been to Paris and yes its stunning at night but my night photos didn’t come out very nice as my camera in rubbish at night. What camera did you use to take your night photos?
I used a Canon 600D. Love it!
Love these shots! The last one if my favourite. I’ll be in Paris once again in Nov – after a 6 + year hiatus from visiting. So excited to go back. Do you have a favourite street you always visit?
The pictures are beautiful, you’re making me want to buy that camera! I’ll be heading to Paris in May for a week with my sweetie; can’t wait. He’s from London so we did New Years there and it was really nice; even with the rain 🙂
