Yesterday I:
–Lounged on the beach and soaked up even more rays (who says Black chicks can’t tan?)!!
–Over-indulged food-wise: Massive cheese omelette in a mouth-watering croissant for breakfast, club sandwich and fries for lunch, huge pizza and tuna steak for dinner. Not the healthiest food choices and certainly not Indonesian cuisine, but so what? I’m on vacay!!
–Saw rice paddies and had the process of how rice is grown and cultivated explained to us.
–Saw two temples: Tanah Lot (amazing!) and Ulu Watu (can give it a miss).
–Laughed as a number of locals badgered Liebling for his picture, while I stood on the sidelines like chopped liver. I guess they have never seen a tall, White guy before? Oh, how the tables turn… LOL… Liebling let them take his photo and one lady nearly sat in his lap trying to get close enough to touch him… LOL!
–Witnessed a monkey attack (not too serious, but this American girl had like 3 monkeys jump on her at the Ulu Watu temple site.
–Recording this girl’s attack(yea, I’m mean like that). Liebling, however, tried to help her and nearly got bitten. Then I tried to take a picture with said monkeys and one of them jumped on my shoulder. Guess they are camera-shy.
– Discovered that traffic in Indonesia is no joke. We sat in a traffic-jam for like an hour.
–Went to bed super tired but happy to be alive and touring this beautiful country with my dearest Liebling. Blessed!
Having a great time! Today we are leaving Seminyak and taking a fast-boat to Lembongan island, which apparently is heaven on earth. Hope I don’t get seasick!

Who cares about the over-indulgence with the food…are you are vacation girl! Honestly, your vacation sounds amazing. I cannot wait for pictures. Keeping enjoying.

I wish I can tan! Unfortunately, I burn easily, so I have to look a wannabe southern belle walking around with my umbrella in the summer.

Bali traffic is no joke. I got jumped by a monkey for a split second at the Monkey Forest. It happened so quickly that I didn't even have much time to react. Those monkeys are ridunk. Glad to hear you are having a good time.
Oh my gosh, SO FUNNY to hear about Liebling being attacked by women taking his picture and this American girl being attacked by monkeys
In the end, they're basically both monkey attacks 😛
