About 80% of my wardrobe consists of solid-coloured work clothes. I like wearing solids because they are classy and uncluttered, and go with almost anything. I don’t wear jewelry (except for tiny stud earrings), but spice up my solids with scarves sometimes. I have a minimalistic style, but love wearing bright colours!

Do you have a preference for solids or are you a patterns kinda gal? Are you a minimalist in terms of what you wear? What do you think about wearing bright colours? Are there any colours that you refuse to wear?

I'm a minimalist kind of gal myself, very conservative in my dress always have been. I never do the trends, I only do what's right for my body. I do patterns in shirts every once in awhile and skirts but never pants, patterns/prints on this ample behind of mine is not a good thing LOL. I love your style blogs, you look great, very stylish probably all that living abroad.
Your outfits are so cute and cool. I am all about bright colors but simplistic design. I don't want to be loud in clothing (or in any way actually) but I am all about color. I never wear dresses though. I am a pant girl but would like to change that this summer as there are so many cute pieces out there.
I'm totally a solids kind of girl. I like clean lines and a great cut/design of a dress. I think that can make more of an impression than a print some times.
Your outfits are super cute! I'm a mixture of both solids and patterns! Since I'm short and slim, I try not to go overboard with the patterns, but I do looove floral prints skirts and dresses. And I also have a thing for ruffles and lace as well.
@Flaming- I used to LOVE to rock big prints on my big behind but stay away from them now- it's just too much! Thank you, your comment is encouraging me to do more!
@Rhona- Thank you! I feel the same way about loud clothing. I would wear more pants instead of dresses but my bottom half is hard to fit! Skirts are easy.
@Terri- I agree! Sometimes I see people who just look too overdone. Simple and clean is just so classy to me.
@Butterfly Kisses- I am a sucker for ruffles as well!! Especially ruffled collars!
