I’m afraid of heights, true. But taking a chair lift up and down a gargantuan hill on the island of Capri during a trip to Italy a couple of years ago compelled me to put my fears aside.
The chair lift that scales Monte Solaro takes you to the highest point on Capri, 569 metres about sea-level. The view was divine, I made it back down in one piece. Just call me Braveheart… 😉
