Liebling arrived late Saturday night and on Sunday we were up bright and early and walking around Hong Kong. It was a rare sunny day and we decided to be faux-tourists and trek around on the Kowloon side. We braved the throngs of people and checked out the flower market (Prince Edward MTR station), bird market, and goldfish market. We walked down to the mother of all markets, Mongkok, where Liebling bought a cover for his phone. From there, we walked the length of Nathan Road, to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, where we then boarded the metro and rode it two stops back to my hood, Central.

I was there this summer teaching english. I love the lady's market. Ya for mongkok and TST, where my fav restaurant was. I miss that place.

i lived in kowloon tong, im pretty sure i spelled that wrong at Hong Kong Baptist university dorms. I LOVED all the cheap bakery's they had. So cheap and so tasty. The restaurant was a Japanese place that had spicy food, forgot the name.
i also wanted to add that Lok fu has some really tasty restaurants inside the mall on i think the third floor.
